Our Programs
Arts, wellness, and adventure are three paths toward the same destination — a young person who knows themselves, trusts their body, and can show up for others. Aeterna holds all three in the same room so the work compounds.
The Offerings
Each program is founder-designed and runs in small groups — built for the young person, not for scale.
Arts
Ages 10–17
A visual arts and storytelling workshop where participants practice voice, craft, and self-expression. Structured around hands-on making — drawing, narrative writing, and collage — with time to share and reflect as a group. One day, lasting impact.
Wellness
Ages 12–17
A multi-session series focused on body awareness, breath, and the internal habits that build long-term resilience. Each week builds on the last: sleep, stress, nervous-system regulation, and the everyday practice of showing up for yourself. Six weeks of quiet, compounding work.
Adventure
Ages 10–16
A full-day outdoor experience in which a small group navigates terrain, shares a meal, and works through a shared challenge together. Built around practical capability — reading maps, making decisions, holding space for one another — in an environment that asks something real.
