Meet the Founder
Aeterna Youth Services LLC is built around arts, wellness, and adventure as integrated practice — three threads held in the same room because that is how the work is strongest. Every offering is shaped directly by the founder, a licensed professional with years of community-based work alongside youth, young adults, and families.
Background
The founder is a licensed practitioner with a background working alongside youth, young adults, and families — in clinics, in schools, in neighborhood programs, and on the ground. The credentials shape the ethics and discipline of the work; the years alongside young people shape the way it is delivered.

What I bring
Founder, Aeterna Youth Services LLC
Origin
The young people who stayed with me were not the ones whose resumes filled out the fastest. They were the ones who had somewhere to stand when things got hard — a person, a practice, a place. Aeterna exists to build that standing, out loud and alongside families, instead of waiting for it to appear on its own.
Years of community-based work surfaced a pattern: the young people who held steady carried three things at once — an inner practice, a creative outlet, and a community that asked something real of them. The programs exist to put those three in the same room on purpose.
The Approach
Arts, wellness, and adventure are strongest when they sit in the same room. Aeterna holds them that way on purpose — craft and breath and terrain, woven into one practice rather than stacked side by side.
Arts
Visual arts, storytelling, music, and movement are not add-ons — they are the way a young person finds the language for what is already inside them. Craft becomes confidence; craft becomes courage.
Wellness
Breath, sleep, somatic awareness, and nervous-system regulation are the inner infrastructure that lets courage become durable. Without this ground, every other skill is borrowed; with it, everything compounds.
Adventure
Capability is built by doing — navigating a place, holding a meal with a group, working through a problem with someone you cannot let down. Adventure is the practice where the abstract becomes specific.
